SHIPPING POLICY

At LUMROBE, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below for important information about processing times, delivery, and shipping rates.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are made-to-order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partners. Please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order is shipped. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

SHIPPING TIMES

United States: 3-7 business days after production
Canada: 5-10 business days after production
Europe (UK, EU): 5-10 business days after production
Australia & New Zealand: 7-14 business days after production
Rest of World: 10-20 business days after production

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

SHIPPING RATES

United States: Free shipping on orders over $75. Standard shipping rates apply for orders under $75.
International: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@lumrobe.com within 30 days of the shipping confirmation email. We will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.
